This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov at the International Veteran Forum, Radio Liberty reports.
For 9.5 years of this war, we already have about a million combatants, Reznikov stressed.
We know exactly their current problems and tasks: obtaining the status of UBD, VLK, compensation for injuries, etc. We are working on all these issues and there will be changes. Processes are already being rapidly digitized, there will be significantly less paperwork, queues, etc.,” he added.
The Minister stressed that after some time “everyone will have veterans among their relatives or close friends, so the support of veterans is of great importance.”
