On the night of August 22, Russian troops entered the city council building in Semyonovka, Chernihiv region. This was announced by the head of OVA Vyacheslav Chaus.

In total, in the past 24 hours, the enemy fired four times at the border installations of the region – 39 explosions were recorded.
“Mortars, AGS, kamikaze drones were used. As a result, civilian infrastructure was destroyed. Unfortunately, one man died,” said Chaus.
Operational Command North published a photo of the consequences of the attack on Semenovka in the Novgorod-Seversky district and clarified that the attack was carried out by an enemy UAV of the type Shahed.
It was previously reported that on Tuesday evening, Russian troops again attacked Zaporozhye. The enemy hit one of the businesses, 14 vehicles were burned. The blast damaged four multi-storey buildings.
In addition, at dawn, the enemy launched a missile attack on Krivoy Rog, one citizen was injured.
