Satellite captures what Soltsy airfield in Russia looked like after the attack

Photos from August 21 show a visible burnt footprint where one of the planes had been.

Satellite images of the Soltsy airfield in the Novgorod region appeared on the network after the attack on August 19, when a Tu-22M3 bomber may have been destroyed.

The video shows two satellite images. The first was done on August 16 – even before the airport attack. The photo shows Russian Tu-22M3 bombers.

Photos from August 21 show a visible burnt footprint where one of the planes had been. It also lacks other bombers.

Recall that the drone attacked the Russian air base Soltsy. One of the planes was damaged. After the attack on the Soltsy air base, many Tu-22m3 aircraft were transferred to the Olenyu air base.
