China has always taken a prudent and responsible approach to the export of military goods, Beijing assured.
China does not supply Russia with parts and components for the production of weapons used in the war against Ukraine. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbing said this, Ukrinform reported on Monday, August 21.
“China has always taken a balanced and responsible approach to the export of military goods,” Wenbing assured.
According to him, China’s strategies and practices in this matter are consistent and transparent, so the Chinese side considers such reports as “bad intentions of some media outlets” and opposes baseless accusations.
“Regarding the Ukrainian issue, China continues to promote peace talks and will continue to play a constructive role in easing tensions,” the Foreign Ministry spokesperson added.
On the eve of The Telegraph, it was reported that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, China has transferred helicopters, drones, sights and components for military production to Russia.
Russian-sanctioned companies involved in the production of armored vehicles, rocket launchers and strategic bombers have received parts from China.
Among the recipients of the goods are the National Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Rostec, the Tupolev company and other Russian structures.
