The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that on the night of Friday, August 18, a UAV attacked Moscow, which it allegedly managed to shoot down.
They said that the drone tried to attack objects in Moscow and the Moscow region, but “after the task of air defense, it changed its trajectory and fell into a non-residential building in the Krasnopresnenskaya embankment area of Moscow.”
The ministry assures that there were no casualties or fires as a result of the drone crash.
Meanwhile, the Russian public reported that ambulances were arriving in the City of Moscow. Traffic in the Business Center area is blocked.
