Now Russian training grounds are located near Babakh-Tarama, Yalta and Mangush. In addition, three such small facilities are located in Mariupol, and two in the Nikolsky district. Mayor’s adviser Petr Andryushchenko announced this on August 16 in Telegram.
According to him, the number of Russian troops in Mariupol has decreased due to the rollover to the front, but the new replenishment is already training. There are up to 40,000 occupiers in the city and district itself.
Andryushchenko added that the movement of Russian invaders in the direction of Berdyansk through Mariupol slowed down, but did not stop. The invaders continue to transport ammunition and fuel through the city.
Recall, on August 16, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the command post of Russian troops in the village of Yuryevka, not far from the temporarily occupied Mariupol. As a result of the targeted attack, many Russian officers were destroyed.
