Washington is allegedly looking for virus mutations that could be used for offensive purposes, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
The Russian Federation believes that the Office for Pandemic Preparation and Response Policy, created in July 2023 in the United States, is preparing a new pandemic by mutating viruses. This was said by Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops (RCB) of the Russian Armed Forces.
“The next step for the United States, which aims to implement its strategic plans to establish global control of the biological situation, is the creation of the Office for Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy,” the TASS news agency quoted the lieutenant general said.
According to him, in this way the United States began to prepare for a new pandemic by looking for virus mutations.
“We do not exclude the use of the United States of so-called defense technologies for offensive purposes, as well as for global governance by creating crisis situations of a natural nature,” said Kirillov.
It will be remembered that in October of last year, the representative of the Russian Federation at the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that drones capable of “distributing mosquitoes infected with dangerous viruses” were patented in the United States and allegedly was transferred to Ukraine.
