The enemy attacked the region with Shahed-136 kamikaze strike drones. Three UAVs were destroyed by air defense forces and means. A fighter was also involved in the elimination of air targets. This was reported by the air command “Vostok”.

Earlier, monitoring Telegram channels reported that explosions were heard in Kharkiv in the morning. Local authorities specified that the invaders were attacking the city, so residents were urged to stay in shelters.
And the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine previously warned that enemy drones were moving in the direction of Kharkov.
Recall that on the night of August 16, the Russian Federation massively hit the Shaheds on the port and grain infrastructure in the Odessa region. There were hits in one of the ports of the Danube, warehouses and granaries were damaged.
