In Russia, in the Krasnodar Territory, during training in a plane crash of a training aircraft L-39, Colonel of the Russian Federation Vadim Gurov, who participated in the war against Ukraine, died. This was announced on Tuesday, August 15, by the head of the Republic of Adygea Murat Kumpilov.

As the Russian media wrote, the plane, in which Gurov was present, did not enter the runway during landing and touched the ground. After that, he crashed into a short-range radio communication tower.
“Gurov died on the spot from his injuries,” the journalists reported.
With him on the plane was a senior flight instructor of the main flight test center of Akhtubinsk, Mikhail Lipatkin. He was hospitalized with injuries. There is no word yet on the severity of his condition.
It will be recalled that in July, a MiG-31 fighter crashed in Russia’s Kamchatka Territory. He fell into the waters of Avacha Bay.
