It is noted that 63 victims are undergoing inpatient treatment, the condition of 11 of them is assessed as serious.
The Ministry of Taxes of Russia reports that more than 70 rescuers continue to dismantle the rubble at the scene of the incident.
As previously reported by Russian media, in Makhachkala on the evening of 14 there was an explosion at the AZM “Neft-24”, located in “one of the most crowded places in the city.” It was noted that, according to eyewitnesses, first a car with gas equipment exploded in a nearby car service. After the explosion, the fire overturned at the gas station and covered an area of 500 square meters.
The Russian Interior Ministry said that two of the eight fuel tanks that were at the gas station exploded. It was also reported that a bus full of people could burn down.
