Lutsk became one of the targets of a massive rocket attack carried out by the Russians on the night of today, August 15th.

As a result of enemy missiles hitting one of the city’s industrial enterprises, structures were destroyed and a fire broke out. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
Three people were killed in the missile attack. At first it was also reported about three victims, but subsequently another person was rescued from the rubble. The injured man has been hospitalized.
The fire was extinguished, 34 rescuers worked at the scene and 11 pieces of equipment were involved.
Mayor of Lutsk Igor Polishchuk in his Telegram channel said that from the city budget, each family of those who died as a result of this rocket attack would receive material assistance of UAH 200,000, and the city would also cover all burial costs. The victims will be paid for treatment and subsequent rehabilitation.
