The Ukrainian military will receive this latest drone by the end of 2023. The Luna NG complex itself consists of a ground control station with several drones, a catapult launcher and military trucks. Bild am Sonntag writes about this, citing its own sources.
It is noted that Luna NG is a newly developed latest UAV that surpasses previous models in all important operational characteristics. This UAV can not only perform aerial reconnaissance, but is also capable of providing an LTE communication network, intercepting or jamming communications.
The ultra-light fuselage of the drone allows it to be in flight for more than 12 hours, and the data transmission range exceeds 100 km. The drone provides spatial coverage of more than 30 thousand square meters. km.
This drone can be launched from almost anywhere using a rope catapult. The landing of the drone is done autonomously using differential GPS in the network or by parachute.
Recall that Ukrainian intelligence officers began testing a new domestic-made SpyGun drone designed for deep reconnaissance, but if necessary, it can also be used to adjust fire.
