A series of explosions were heard in Krivoy Rog. This was announced by the head of the city’s Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul, on Telegram on Saturday, August 12.
“Krivoy Rog. Explosions. We do not film or post anything on the Internet,” he wrote, without revealing details.

Recall that on August 11, the Russians attacked Ukraine with Kinzhal missiles. One rocket was shot down, and the remaining three attacked the Kolomyia airfield. An 8-year-old boy died.
Later, the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuri Ignat, said that the Russians were trying to destroy the student pilots of the F-16 fighters.
