Within 10 days of the compensation mechanism for destroyed housing – from August 1 to August 11 – more than 1,400 applications were submitted, the press service of the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine reported.
“Since August 1, the day the compensation mechanism for destroyed housing was launched, more than 1,400 applications have already been submitted. is about 100,000 square meters. Almost 60% of the applications filed are related to compensation for the destroyed apartment,” the report said.
It is reported that special commissions created under local governments will consider the applications. The start of the work of the commissions is scheduled for August 15.
It will be noted that the highest damaged house was rebuilt in Irpin.
