Units of the Russian-controlled army of Belarus will conduct training from NATO countries. They will be instructed by Russian militants of the so-called Wagner group.

This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense on Twitter.
The Belarusian Defense Ministry has announced that the 6th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade will conduct training in the Grodno region in northwestern Belarus, close to the Polish-Lithuanian border. The defense ministry said the exercises are designed to take into account the lessons learned by the Russian military in Ukraine.
There is a real possibility that a small number of advisers from the Wagner group will join the Belarusian troops as instructors, the report says.
According to British intelligence, the special exercises are most likely part of the regular training cycle of the Belarusian military. The base garrison of 6 OGMB is located in Grodno, and it is unlikely that the formation is currently deployed with the support assets necessary to bring it to combat capability.
However, Russia is almost certainly seeking to position the Belarusian forces as opposed to NATO, British intelligence notes.
Recall that Belarus has started military exercises near the borders of Lithuania and Poland. Training is conducted at the Belarusian training ground “Gozhsky” and the Grodno region, which are located near the border with Poland and Lithuania and the Suvalsky corridor. NATO stated that they do not see a direct or indirect threat from Russian militants in Belarus.
