An attack by Russian war criminals caused the death of a 70-year-old woman. Two more people, residents of the villages of Preobrazhenka and Malaya Tokmachka, received leg injuries and were hospitalized.
Criminal proceedings were initiated on these facts. An investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war is currently underway.
