Previously, the enemy used Geran-2 drones. As a result, a fire broke out, the infrastructure was damaged, the SBU said in a statement.
Criminal proceedings initiated on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) are being investigated according to the procedural leadership of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The necessary investigations are currently ongoing. SBU investigators and prosecutors are collecting evidence, documenting the consequences of Russia’s armed aggression, and employees of the State Emergency Service are also working.
The chemical and radiation background is normal. The fire is localized, the burning of oil products continues. It will take a long time before the consequences are completely eliminated. Of course, these are losses for the economy, because a significant amount of oil products remained at the base. Infrastructure critical during the harvest campaign also suffers. At the same time, the chemical and radiation background is normal. The evacuation of the population will not be applied, – said the head of the Rivne OVA Vitaliy Koval when turning on the telethon.
