The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation writes that the electronic platform, originally called War in Ukraine, was created by a Russian citizen “hiding abroad from criminal prosecution.”

The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office declared the investigative project Conflict Intelligence Team, which published data on the conflicts in Ukraine from open sources, as an undesirable organization. This was reported by the press service of the Russian department.

The Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation wrote that the electronic platform, originally called War in Ukraine, was created by Russian citizen Ruslan Karpuk, who is “hiding abroad from criminal prosecution, including those members of the banned extremist organization FBK, who are residents of foreign states and also live abroad.”

“The main goal of a group of pseudo-journalists is to collect and publish information about the armed forces of the Russian Federation, including personal data of Russian servicemen, which is further used to discredit it,” said Prosecutor General’s Office.
