According to the UP, he is suspected of forgery in order to travel abroad, allegedly to accompany his father for treatment.
The investigation found that the people’s deputy’s father went abroad on his own on June 26, and then returned to Ukraine on July 11. Dubinsky himself returned to Ukraine only on July 27.
It is known that he managed to visit Italy, Croatia and Spain twice.
At the end of July, Dubinsky said that he had received permission to travel to accompany his father with cancer. Blogger Anton Shvets then said that the people’s deputy in Spain is on vacation with his wife. He recognized Dubinsky by the tattoo on his leg in one of his wife’s rhinestones on Instagram.
On August 7, Dubinsky arrived at the DBR for another interrogation, the interlocutors of the UP in law enforcement agencies said earlier.
According to sources, a second interrogation was required, since the people’s deputy refuses to give answers on the merits of questions about the circumstances of his stay abroad and forgery of documents and tries to mislead the investigation.
