287 deputies voted for the relevant appeal. This was announced today, August 9, in his Telegram channel by People’s Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko.
The document calls for:
- international organizations, governments of the countries of the world not to recognize the legitimacy of any elected body of the Russian Federation if there are “representatives” from the occupied territories present;
- prevent the participation of delegations of Russian authorities at all levels in the work of international organizations and their parliamentary structures;
- recognize that the illegal actions of Russia once again confirm the impossibility of holding peace talks before the complete withdrawal of the Russian occupying forces from the internationally recognized territory of Ukraine;
- provide all possible assistance in the prosecution of persons who took part in the organization of illegal elections, campaigned, ran for office, observed or otherwise participated in the illegal electoral process organized by the Russian occupation authorities.
