The leader of the Servant of the People parliamentary group David Arakhamia initiated the expulsion of the people’s representative Bogdan Torokhtia from its composition. He wrote about it on Telegram on Tuesday, August 8.
“We found out that while the family of Bogdan Torokhtiy was buying selected properties, he continued to receive compensation from the budget for renting housing. Therefore, he should return the money received to the budget, drew a deputy that mandate, I will immediately initiate his expulsion from the faction,” Arahamia wrote.
According to him, Torokhtiy had time to explain his behavior during the war and try to somehow rehabilitate himself.
“As an option, sell something from your family’s elite fleet and transfer funds for defense needs. done” – added the leader of the Servant’s team.
Earlier, Bihus.Info reported that Torokhtia’s wife, Alina Levchenko, bought an apartment and place in Bulgaria, in the resort town of Nessebar, in August 2022, and a few months later, an apartment and parking space in Kiev , Pechersk.

They were all bought in the name of his wife Alina Levchenko, the daughter of football coach Vitaly Levchenko, and since February 2023, an adviser to the General Director of Antonov State Enterprise.
