In 10 regions of Ukraine there were blackouts due to bad weather, Russian shelling and technological violations. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy on Tuesday, July 4.
So, due to unfavorable weather conditions, consumers in Kyiv, Kirovograd, Odessa, Chernihiv regions are temporarily without electricity. Everything is questioned. Two settlements remain de-energized in Sumy and eight in Cherkasy regions.

Due to technological violations, a part of consumers in the Kyiv region was de-energized. And in Kherson, 13 thousand consumers were without electricity due to the explosion of the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.
In connection with the new shelling of Russia in the Donetsk region, some consumers were left without electricity, the mine was de-energized.
As a result of the previous shelling, some consumers in Zaporozhye, Sumy, Kherson, Kharkiv, Chernihiv regions were left without electricity.
Repair crews of power engineers are working where the security situation allows.
At the same time, power plants in Ukraine produce enough electricity to meet the needs of consumers. At the same time, commercial electricity imports reached 715 MWh in the past day. Export failed.
Earlier it became known that in one of the nuclear power plants there was an emergency shutdown of the power unit. Therefore, Ukraine had to get emergency help from the power grid of Romania and Poland.
