College graduates are forced to sign a call to join the army. In case of rejection of the agenda, they immediately take an action with the testifying witnesses.
College graduates in Ingushetia are given only diplomas along with a call-up to the army. This was written by the local edition of Fortanga, citing a source in one of the educational institutions.
It was noted that this training was introduced after the director of the college in the village of Nizhniye Achaluki boasted to the head of the republic that with the help of such “method” 30 students were drafted from his institution to the army. The idea was taken up in district administrations and military registration and enlistment offices.
Now the graduates can only take the diploma in person, the management of the colleges refused to send a document by mail or transfer it to a relative or trusted person.
“To get a diploma, you have to sign a summons to join the army. Otherwise, they will not give you a diploma in any way. Either you receive a summons, or you sign a waiver of summons. from the agenda – this is “hello, prison,” – said the interlocutor of the publication.
If the summons is refused, an action is immediately drawn up with witnesses. In this case, the student faces a fine of 500 to 3,000 rubles under the article on “failure to fulfill military registration duties.” Repeated refusal provides criminal liability for “evasion of service” and up to two years in prison.
