Quite powerful groups are assembled there: airborne troops, mechanized units, units of the so-called combat army reserve, territorial troops and Storm Z assault companies. There are more than 180,000 Russian soldiers throughout our area of responsibility. On the Bakhmut (direction) – somewhere in the region of 50 thousand, – said Cherevaty.
The enemy is trying to advance on the Liman-Kupyansk direction. The largest number of enemy shelling is now recorded there – 595 per day.
In general, according to the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for July 3, the Russian army concentrated its “main efforts” in the Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions, heavy fighting continues there.
