Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko announced Minsk’s readiness to offer neighboring states a “plan of peace and good neighborliness.” BelTA reports.
According to him, the countries of Eastern and Western Europe “can be interesting and useful to each other in all fields: economic, scientific, educational, cultural.”
Lukashenka said “we have to stop before it’s too late,” referring to the weapons build-up.
Recall that Lukashenka previously ordered the development of an “algorithm for the use” of Russian nuclear weapons.
Lukashenka has also reportedly brought the army to full combat readiness.
