An explosion at a fire station of the Elkhovneft oil and gas production department in the village of Staroe Mavrine in Tatarstan (Russia) caused the death of two people. This was reported by the Russian Telegram channel Mash on Friday, June 30.
A man and a woman were cleaning the tank when they heard the explosion, according to the social network.
“They died on the spot. After that, the fire started in 2 square meters, localized,” the message says.
The Telegram channel also posted a video from the moment of the explosion.
It will be remembered that on June 20, in the Russian city of Tambov, an explosion occurred in a gunpowder factory, there were dead.
Even earlier, a fluff warehouse burned down in the Kursk region, and a fire broke out at the Novocherkassk power plant in the Rostov region.
