Explosions were heard in occupied Melitopol

Explosions were heard in Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, temporarily occupied by the Russians, around midnight. This was reported on Wednesday, June 28, by monitoring Telegram channels.

In particular, the Rotten Cherry Telegram channel wrote that four consecutive explosions were heard in the city, then two more.

“Then, there was an explosion of enemy ammunition,” they wrote on the channel.

In this regard, RIA Melitopol wrote that a siren is howling in the city. It was also noted that it was “strong” in the surrounding Terpen and Mikhailovka.

There is no official comment about what may have exploded in Melitopol.

Recall that during the temporary occupation of Melitopol on the night of June 11-12, an engine exploded in the locomotive depot, where the Russians brought fuel to the front.

In addition, explosions were heard in Melitopol near the plant, where the Russian military base is located.
