“This evening, the Chechen units fighting us in Marinka suddenly retreated and began to leave Maryinka. Our aerial reconnaissance noticed this and we inflicted a loss of fire on the enemy. An armored personnel carrier was even knocked out, ” he said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine advised the Russian invaders to return to Russia to help “comrades on both sides of the conflict.”
“The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine wonders why Russian soldiers are still sitting in dirty trenches, and not running to help their comrades from both sides of the conflict. It would be safer than facing the army of Ukraine,” – said in a message from the department on Twitter.
Recall that on the eve of PMC leader Wagner Yevgeny Prigozhin announced the beginning of an armed conflict in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and said that he was “dealing” with 25,000 of his militants. He accused Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu of deliberately attacking the Wagner camp.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in response to PMC Wagner’s rebellion, declared “treason” and ordered the armed forces of the Russian Federation to stop Prigozhin’s rebellion.
In the evening, the owner of PMC Wagner said that he was retrieving the ranks of his militants from near Moscow and returning to the field camps.
