The air force warned that enemy missiles were in the sky of Ukraine at around 02:20.
The Russian military launched Kh-101/555 cruise missiles at Ukraine from the Caspian Sea. This was reported by the Telegram channel of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Attention! The launch of Kh-101/555 air-launched cruise missiles by strategic aviation from the Caspian Sea was recorded. The estimated time of entry of the missiles into the airspace of Ukraine is 02.20,” the report said.
At the time of publication, a wind alert has been issued in the eastern regions and is spreading to the west.
It will be recalled that on the night of June 23, the Russians fired X-101/X-555 cruise missiles from four Tu-95ms bombers. The attack was aimed at a military airport in the Khmelnytsky region.
The Air Force later said that all 13 cruise missiles were destroyed by air defense, mostly in the Khmelnytsky region.
