Two more Ukrainian prisoners of war were released to Hungary

The Ukrainian side has already managed to return five Ukrainian defenders from Hungary, the Foreign Ministry said.

Ukrainian diplomats evacuated two more Ukrainian prisoners of war from Hungary, who were transferred by Russia to Budapest. This was reported by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko.

“Thus, the Ukrainian side has already returned five Ukrainian defenders. We are working so that the remaining six soldiers can return home to their families as soon as possible,” Nikolenko said in a statement.

It was previously reported that Ukraine had taken three prisoners from Hungary.
