The head of state spoke about how, in his opinion, the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue.
In the autumn we had counter-offensives, and it seemed that this was a slow process. But at some point, everyone saw how quickly we began to move forward. It will be the same here. We are motivated,” Zelensky said.
In this sense, the President said that he assesses the actions of the defense forces positively, but not everything is simple, because all of our land is mined.
We will advance on the battlefield as we see fit,” the president said.
Zelensky stressed that the United States is the leader in providing weapons to Ukraine.
Without their weapons and finances, Russia will have every chance to occupy us. How much more they will help us is unknown, and we understand that we must rely on ourselves. And that is why we have started a lot, we are building, we are producing weapons,” the head of state said.
Zelensky reiterated that one cannot talk about negotiations with Russia while it is on the territory of Ukraine:
We will never sit down at the negotiating table with Russia if they are on our territory. We will not agree to a frozen conflict.
