Wagnerites tell job seekers that flight simulator experience is superior to military service experience.
PMC Wagner began recruiting players with no military service experience. We are talking about technicians and drone operators. This was reported by the Russian edition of Layout.
The media added that the PMC is now looking for specialists in the management and maintenance of UAVs. A potential mercenary must be between 21 and 35 years old, have good computer skills and be physically fit.
“A plus for applicants for the operator position is experience with flight simulators on joysticks, as well as a gaming background,” the material said.
Reporters called the number, and the PMC recruiter asked what kind of devices the potential mercenary wanted to use. He added that the private company has two types of drones. According to him, you can go to fight in Africa or Ukraine, and the lack of experience in military service will not interfere.
The publication recalled that earlier in 2022, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation was looking for players in the ranks of the army.
“Then, targeted advertising for a contract service appeared on Facebook, offering to “challenge friends offline” and play “according to real rules, without cheats and saves, ” the media note.
As you know, on May 25, Prigozhin announced the withdrawal of mercenaries from Bakhmut. Until June 1, most of the Wagnerites will be moved to the rear camps, he assured.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirmed that the mercenaries of the Wagner PMC began to leave their positions in the suburbs of Bakhmut.
