We are talking about three batteries-18 units of self-propelled artillery mounts of 155 mm caliber.
The Republic of Poland is moving AHS Krab self-propelled artillery mounts to Ukraine, Polskie Radio reports.
In total, three batteries will be moved, each of which includes:

battery commander’s vehicle
-
two vehicles of platoon commanders

eight 155 mm Krab self-propelled guns
-
two transport-loading vehicles
-
weapons and electronics repair machines
-
battery commander personnel vehicle
The Polish army has already trained 100 Ukrainian servicemen to operate these weapons.
Thus, with the 12 PzH 2000 (from Germany and the Netherlands), Ukraine will now have 30 tracked 155-mm self-propelled guns.
AHS Krab – Polish national self -propelled gun. In production, a licensed turret from the British AS90 howitzer is used. Barrel length – 52 caliber. And the South Korean platform from the self-propelled guns K9 Thunder was chosen as the chassis.
The manufacturer of AHS Krab is Huta Stalowa Wola. The company received a contract from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Poland for the manufacture of 96 units of self-propelled guns. In December 2020, a contract was signed for two more divisions, and in May 2022, the company announced the possibility of a deal for three more.
