Assistance money will continue to be paid to those living in the war zone and to those whose homes were damaged as a result of the war, the Minister of Social Policy said.
Since May, payments for some internally displaced persons have been canceled in Ukraine. Social Policy Minister Marina Lazebnaya announced this on the air of the telethon.
According to Lazebna, cash assistance will continue to be provided to those living in the war zone and to those whose houses were destroyed due to the war.
“Many people who spent two months in our safe regions go home, return to work, for which we are grateful to them. Payments to such people will stop from May,” the minister said.
It was previously reported that the OP is preparing a program for the return of migrants from abroad.
According to the UN, 6.5 million people have left Ukraine since the start of the war, but recently there has been a significant increase in citizens returning to the country. At the same time, another 8 million people became internally displaced.
Refugees from Ukraine spent at least $ 2 billion in April.
