On the night of Tuesday, June 6, Russian troops blew up the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, which they controlled for more than a year. Cities and villages below the Dnieper were flooded in whole or in part.
The appearance of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, blown up by the Russian occupiers, as well as the Nibulon river terminal, can be seen in the new Maxar photos for Friday, June 16, available in Schemes.
In the pictures you can see the dam destroyed by the Russian invaders and the flood around.
One of the frames also shows the Nibulon river terminal in the urban-type settlement of Kazatskoye, not far from the exploded hydroelectric power station.
“Before, the terminal was completely flooded, but the latest satellite images indicate that the water level has started to decrease,” the authors of the publication pointed out.
Remember that on June 6, the Russian invaders blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station in the Kherson region.
Recall that after the explosion of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, the Russians blocked the rescue of civilians from flooding, and also passed the evacuation personnel from the Ukrainian side as their “job”.
