Revolutionary changes in leadership may take place in Kyiv. President Volodymyr Zelensky may dismiss the head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KSCA) Vitaliy Klitschko and the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration (MVA) Popka. Both positions can be filled by one proxy of the president.

The main candidate for the position is the former head of the Luhansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai, whom Ukraine offered Kazakhstan to accept as an ambassador, but was refused.
The second candidate is Oleksandr Kamyshin, Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
This scenario was reported by Zerkalo Nedeli.
According to the publication, on June 14, a meeting on these reshuffles was held at Bankova Street under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the OPU Alexei Kuleba.
The main candidate for the post is the ex-head of the Lugansk regional military administration Sergei Gaidai, whom Ukraine offered Kazakhstan to accept as an ambassador, but was refused. The second candidate is Oleksandr Kamyshin, Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
It was Kamyshin, on behalf of the president, who headed the commission to check the situation with bomb shelters in the capital after people died under the closed door of a shelter in the Desnyansky district of the capital on June 1.
In addition, according to the results of inspections in Kiev and other regions, not only Klitschko and Popko, but also almost all heads of district state administrations of the capital, plus a number of chairmen of regional military administrations and their deputies, can be removed.
Zerkalo Nedeli writes that despite the seriousness of the problem of the operation of shelters in the capital and throughout Ukraine, as well as the necessary responsibility of officials for the death of people, the main political goal of Bankova and the president personally is the mayor of Kiev Klitschko.
The problem is that if such a decision is made, Zelensky, together with Klitschko, will knock out the local government of the capital, in fact, depriving the popularly elected mayor of Kiev of his powers, the media wrote.
