He did not confirm the authenticity of the photos, which allegedly depict Leopard 2 tanks destroyed by Russia, he admitted:

Earlier, in view of the first losses during the counter-offensive, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Melnyk asked for more German-made tanks.
In his opinion, the Bundeswehr is able to provide more than 18 units already delivered from its stocks, of which there are more than 300. The current number could be “tripled without compromising Germany’s ability to defend itself.”
Melnik also asked to transfer another 60 Marder infantry fighting vehicles to the Ukrainian army.
