This was announced today, June 12, in his Telegram channel by the head of the Kherson city military administration Roman Mrochko.
Starting tomorrow, a ban on entry into the Korabel microdistrict will be introduced. The curfew for this particular microdistrict will be in effect: from 15:00. 00 min. June 13, 2023 until 12 noon 00 min. next days. The curfew in this mode will last until June 19, 2023 inclusive, he stressed.
According to the official, such restrictions are introduced in connection with the need for mine clearance, law enforcement agencies to carry out investigative actions, as well as for the purpose of cleaning up the territory by public utilities.
The evacuation of the population is also underway, it is carried out by representatives of the State Emergency Service and the city military administration.
Also, after the water drops, locations for the issuance of humanitarian aid and medicines will be determined, which can be received from 12.00 to 15.00 daily, Mrochko added.
Korabel is a microdistrict located on Karantinny Island in the west of Kherson. It suffered as a result of flooding that arose due to the undermining of the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station by the Reshists.
