The Odessa Marines, as part of the counter-offensive actions, liberated the village of Storozhevoye in the Donetsk region, occupied since March 2022. This was announced on June 12 by the press service of the 35th Separate Marine Brigade named Rear Admiral Mikhail Ostrogradsky.
It was noted that as a result of the clearing of the settlement, approximately fifty invaders were destroyed, four were captured.
“Today, the state flag is again flying over Storozhiv, and this will be the case in every settlement until we liberate the entire Ukrainian land,” the military stressed.
Recall that on June 11, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated Blagodatnoye and Makarovka in the Donetsk region.
