On June 11, the 68th separate chasseur brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine named after Oleksa Dovbush announced the liberation of the Blagodatnoye village of the Velikonovoselkovskaya settlement community of the Donetsk region.
At the same time, Russian sources report that their troops also left the neighboring village of Neskuchnoye.

Details of the liberation of the Blagodatny Donetsk region were reported by the representative of the defense forces of the Tauride direction Valery Shershen on the air of the telethon.
He officially confirmed the liberation of the Blagodatnoye village of the Volnovakha region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The deputy brigade commander took part in the assault group of the 68th brigade, which liberated the village of Blagodatny in the Tauride direction with a fight. And in order to suppress the firing point of the Russians in the school building, our soldiers resorted to a military trick with a grenade launcher.
This was done by the soldiers of the 68th separate Jaeger brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush. The operation was successful, in cooperation with neighboring units of the forces of the Tauride direction, Shershen said.
The first assault group had the goal of taking possession of the village club. And in parallel, there were battles for the school – it was there that the enemies had a well-thought-out firing point. In the first assault group – to the club – the deputy brigade commander also participated. He led by example.
The Russians persisted to the last. Our soldiers used a certain ingenuity – with the help of a grenade launcher they made a breach in the wall of the club. The group entered into this hole in ecstasy. Next came the cleanup. They surrounded a group of enemies and offered to surrender. As for those who refused to do this, there was a cleansing, – said the representative of the joint press center.
According to Shershn, at the same time, a firing point at the school was suppressed and its building was seized.
The speaker said that in the course of this operation, six enemies were captured. Among them are two Russian servicemen, as well as representatives of the so-called “Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR”.
The flag of Ukraine in Blagodatnoye was installed by a fighter on pseudo Olympus.
Interestingly, the fighters of the 68th OEB acquired this flag in Kurakhovo, Donetsk region, on their way to a combat mission.
According to Shershn, the Ukrainian population of Blagodatny was waiting for dismissal. And when, after cleaning the village from the Russians, people saw the blue-and-yellow banner and our fighters, they came out, hugged, there were tears – a very painful moment.
