For June 11-13, weather forecasters predict storms in the region, in some places precipitation in the form of hail is possible.
The Kherson Regional Center for Hydrometeorology predicts worsening weather conditions in the region. This was reported by the press service of Kherson OVA.
“According to weather forecasts, on June 11-13, thunderstorms are expected in the region, in some places precipitation in the form of hail is possible. A turbulent and gusty wind is expected at the level of 15-20 meters per second,” the report said.
Earlier on June 9, it was reported that the water level in the Kakhovka reservoir dropped by another meter.
Recall that on the night of June 6, Russian troops blew up the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, which resulted in large-scale flooding in the territories of the Kherson region.
The destruction of the dam led to a rapid drop in the level of the Kakhovka reservoir – on the night of June 8, the water reached the “dead” point of 12.7 meters.
