Teachers in Kherson refused to cooperate with the Russian occupiers and declared that they would not teach according to the program of Russian schools. This was announced on Friday, May 27, by the head of Kherson OVA, Gennady Laguta.
He noted that the school directors and teachers almost ignored the meeting with the representative of the occupiers, who wanted to convey to them the need to switch to Russian teaching programs.
“Yesterday in Kherson, Gauleiter met with teachers. Teachers, school administrations are heroes. Only 20 people came to listen to him, despite the fact that there are 71 schools in the city. All of them the director said they were not happy with it and left, ”Laguta said.
In addition, he said that the situation in the Kherson region remains difficult, both morally and humanely.
In particular, the Russian military generally does not give permission for the opening of humanitarian corridors for the import of necessary goods. They continue to stab the territory that has already been vacated, and they do not abandon attempts to reach the borders of the region.
