This was announced today, June 5, by the press service of the SAP.
On June 5, 2023, the VAKS panel of judges granted the request of the SAPO prosecutor to put on the international wanted list a deputy of the Kyiv City Council, accused of receiving UAH 1.39 million in unlawful benefits, the report says.
It is noted that the court took into account the systemic absence of the accused in court hearings and the availability of confirmed information about his crossing the border and granted the petition in full.
The petition to turn to the state revenue bail in the amount of UAH 9 million 886 thousand and to elect the accused a measure of restraint in the form of detention will be considered at the next meeting – 06/12/2023, – added to the SAP.
Recently, journalists from the Radio Liberty project Schemes found that Trubitsyn, a deputy of the Kiev City Council, who was accused of bribery by anti-corruption authorities and who twice failed to attend a meeting of the VAKS, left Ukraine on May 13.
According to media reports, the permission of the head of the State Border Service, Sergei Deineka, issued on the basis of a letter from the head of the GUR, Kirill Budanov, helped him to leave.
On February 9, 2022, NABU reported when Trubitsyn and five other defendants were exposed on the layout of seasonal mobile trade points in Kyiv.
Trubitsyn was then a member of the Servant of the People party, but suspended his membership in the family during the investigation.
In early February 2022, under Trubitsyn, a bail was made in the amount of UAH 14 million 886 thousand, later its amount was reduced to UAH 9 million 886 thousand.
