The regional leadership of the Belgorod region announced that they could not enter the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, which is probably now controlled by RDK fighters.
The governor of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Gladkov, acknowledged the loss of control over the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka near the border with Ukraine, likely involving the Russian Volunteer Corps. Gladkov said this while answering questions from local residents, Meduza reports.
“Today, we still cannot enter there, knowing that there are about 100 people, according to the report of the district head, but the shelling of the last two days does not allow us to clarify the information,” said Gladkov.
He did not specify why the authorities “could not enter” the territory of the village.
“Hopefully, as soon as the situation changes, we can go back to encouraging people to leave the settlement,” Gladkov said.
Recall that on the eve of Gladkov refused to go to the Russian Volunteer Corps for the exchange of prisoners.
On Sunday, June 4, fighters of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) announced that they were approaching Shebekino in battle.
