During the day, missile and artillery units hit three command posts, two areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, four ammunition trains, two anti-aircraft missile systems and four enemy electronic warfare stations.
The defenders of Ukraine destroyed six enemy reconnaissance drones.
The enemy continues to focus his main efforts on attempts to completely occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Over the past day, there have been 29 combat clashes, the General Staff said.
They added that in just the past day, the Russian invaders launched 14 missile and 40 air strikes, carried out 51 shelling from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of our troops and settlements.
On the Bakhmut direction, the enemy carried out offensive operations in the direction of Ivanovsky, but had no success. In the Avdeevka direction, the Russians did not take offensive actions. In the Maryinsky direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the area of the city of Maryinka. In the Mining direction, the enemy fired at Vuhledar, Prechistovka and Novoukrainka in the Donetsk region. In the Zaporozhye and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to conduct defensive operations.
