President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Ukrainians to personally thank the Ukrainian military. He said this in his evening speech on Saturday, June 3.
“Everyone should remember that our defense, our active actions and the independence of Ukraine are not something abstract. These are very specific people, specific actions of specific heroes, thanks to whom exist Ukraine and Ukraine will be. He urged Ukrainians not to forget to personally thank the defenders.

Zelensky thanked specific soldiers in his address.
