This is evidenced by the data on the petition page on the website of electronic petitions to the government.
The petition was registered on March 7, 2023, the deadline for collecting votes ends only after two days.
However, the authors of the petition on their Twitter page today, June 3, reported that they had received a response from the government stating that the petition had not received the required number of votes within the allotted time.
Subsequently, the authors of the petition noted that they received an identical response from the Government to the preliminary petition for the resignation of Tkachenko, registered on January 4 of this year.
Important!
Lots of questions that answer an old petition. Here is confirmation that this is a response to an active petition.1 photo – response of the Cabinet of Ministers to a new petition, June 03, 2023

Later, on the page of the Cabinet of Ministers on Twitter, they reacted to the situation, explaining it as a “logical error” in the petition system.
The collection of signatures for the petition to dismiss Oleksandr Tkachenko from the post of Minister continues. The message to the author that the petition did not get votes is solely the result of a logical error in the old petition system. This error does not affect the further development of the petition in any way.
