In the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, cases of kidnappings have become more frequent over the past two weeks.
Every day, up to 10 people are taken prisoner. Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov said this on the air of the national telethon, the Ukrinform agency reports.

They also check people’s phones and tattoos. Therefore, Fedorov advises residents to clean their phones and leave.
I am grateful to the international partners who organize the evacuation of residents. In particular, they pay for travel. The journey takes 4-6 days. Then our inhabitants are safe. In order to return to our Melitopol together after the dismissal, Fedorov emphasized.
