During the period of temporary occupation of the city, the collaborator voluntarily agreed to enter the “main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kherson region” created by the Russians. The occupants appointed him as the so-called senior expert of the department of accounting and financial-analytical examinations of the forensic center. This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
The attacker was engaged in expertise, which the enemy used to fabricate cases against patriotic owners of Ukrainian companies in the occupied Kherson region. The traitor even went to Moscow for “advancement courses.”
After the liberation of Kherson, the defendant first “lay low”, and subsequently got a job in the police department again. The attacker was exposed and detained, he was informed of suspicion under Part 7 of Art. 111-1 (collaboration activity, voluntary occupation by a citizen of Ukraine of a position in illegal law enforcement agencies established in the temporarily occupied territory) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court arrested the defendant.
Recall that the SBU detained a collaborator in the Kyiv region, who had voluntarily collaborated with the occupiers in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region for almost six months, for which he received “permission” from the invaders to rob the houses left by people.
