Moscow claims that this should “prevent sabotage and reconnaissance groups from entering Russian territory from Ukraine.”
The volunteer OSINT community GeoConfirmed geolocated the site of the explosion: it is a site on the border of three countries near the village of Senkovka. It is impossible to determine the degree of damage to the track from the given frames.
